Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the https://www.enginectra.com website (the "Service") operated by Sigma Contracting Ltd (Enginectra) ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 5 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
When you book your appointment, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful to other clients, please follow the instructions below for appointment cancellation as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. We require that cancellation take place at least 24h in advance, or else late fees will be applied.
If you need to cancel your appointment, select the project from https://vi.enginectra.com/cprojectairport, click 'Manage VI Booking', select the appointment, click 'Need to Cancel?' and click 'Cancel this appointment'.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 30 minutes before the appointed time. For new clients, a no show or late cancellation will result in a full charge.
Whenever our company representative goes to the site and the fire alarm system is not programmed or ready to be verified we will charge waiting time. New clients will have the amount of times that was prepaid and existing clients will be charged based on the duration of the fire alarm verification. In the event that the fire alarm verification does not take place due to technical reasons a new booking will need to be made and new charges will apply.
*In order to submit this form ('https://vi.enginectra.com/inspectionform') you must have already provided a payment method. Upon project completion, (defined as provision of the 'Certificate Report' document), an invoice is issued for the project. It is available on your invoice dashboard. *Also upon project completion, your payment method is automatically charged the full amount of the invoice. We reserve the right to change prices for the Services. If you do not agree to a price change, please Contact Us to terminate the Services for you.
